Our weekend stay was just what we needed to reset. It was peaceful, and fun. My kids enjoyed the pool and loved making s'mores at the fire pit! We would definitely stay again!

Ben's PCB home was absolutely stunning. The house was even more beautiful in person and the photos did not do the decor or amazing quality of the furniture justice. The beds were total perfection the mattress was memory foam the linen was spotless clean the bedding was cozy and made you feel like you were staying at a luxury high end hotel. The price was honestly a steal for the quality of care and carcter that this home had to offer. You have so many nice features within the house that made our two rainy days fun indoors. The game room had several games to play and they also had a really fun infinity game board table that was honestly a game changer. This house has everything you could possibly need and extras. They thought about everything. We forgot to take our baby's sleep pillow/bed and it was so relieving to find out there was one at the house a literal life saver! The communication was great everything was so friendly and they gave us a take home gift. I highly recommend it.

Perfect cute quiet little place in a great location. Very peaceful neighborhood, so much to do around the area and nothing was too far out. The hosts were very friendly and very helpful. Perfect for couples and the price is great. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yin Dee By the Sea! The check in was easy, the house was spotless, and had all the amenities. Ben is a very friendly and effective communicator, and was accommodating to our needs when a wrench got thrown in our travel. The pictures of the space are completely accurate - beautifully decorated and there’s plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We picked this spot because it was close to St. Andrews State Park (a seashell haven!) and it also had a lot of beach equipment so we didn’t have to haul it all from Missouri. It’s perfect! We would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Ben’s place! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly, and Ben was excellent at communicating throughout our stay. We were in town for a clinical rotation, and the quick drive to the hospital made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

Ben checked in on us daily via text to make sure we were enjoying our selves and having a hassle free trip!! His home was very nice spacious and in a great location to be close to the beach and all the surrounding stores and places to go have a great time!!

Very clean and everything worked great. Comfortable beds More than two cars, the HOA security guards will ask you to move off the street down to temporary parking which isn’t too far but something to be aware of it’s a little walk.

We had a wonderful stay! Ben was a fabulous host and loved the house and location! Close to the beach, st. Andrews and pier park. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. 🌟

Great stay. Location was a short drive to the beach. Quiet area. Home looked exactly like the pictures. Very cozy. Home was clean and everything worked properly. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend staying here.
