House Rules

-If any of our house rules and/or max occupancy rule is broken, there will be a $250 charge for each rule broken. ** Smoking inside is strictly prohibited violating these rules will impose a $250 charge to cover the treatment **** **POOL BANDS** - Pool bands are to be worn at all times when in the pool area. These bands are NOT for you to keep. There will be a $25/band fine if these are taken. We leave out 8 for you, example: if 6 bands are not present after check out there will be a fine of $50. -Must be 25yrs old to stay and book this home.

Neighborhood

Nautilus Cove is centrally located to our white sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping. This complex has community charcoal grill, a pool and a playground! two parking pass are given to guests and are good for the duration of your stay. These passes need to be visible at all times. There is one designated spot for 601 and unmarked parking for the other vehicle. Parking is not available to oversized vehicles. Owners are not responsible for any tickets given by the HOA if these rules are not followed.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to all amenities included at the condo complex. There is a (charcoal) grilling area, pool, and playground!

Such a great host and place to stay! We stayed here last July and when we heard we were traveling back to PCB I reached out right away to re book with Ben again. When we entered the rental my family joked, we were in our home away from home. Very nice, so nice that we even stayed an extra night!

This was first booking with Airbnb and first time in Panama City Beach and it was all a great experience! Place was very clean and Ben was very helpful with our first time process. Look foward to booking again with him in the future!!!
