This is a newly renovated spacious home! When you walk in, you’ll find lots of entertainment and bright colors. There’s a dining room table that can be expanded to fit the whole family! To your left, you will find three vibrantly decorated rooms. We had so much fun putting this home together! On your right, you will find the amazing main bedroom! This room has a designated work space with views of the outdoor pool and hot tub! The bathroom has a walk in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. The living and kitchen area is exactly what you want when you’re on vacation! The couch is perfect for the whole family to cuddle up and watch a movie! Guests will enjoy a private (non heated) pool AND hot tub! These two amenities are private to the home. There is neighborhood sound access as well! A sound is more of a bay, we are not located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a non-heated pool but we do have a brand new hot tub!

If any of our house rules and/or max occupancy rule is broken, there will be a $250 charge for each rule broken. - No drink on the game table - No glass in the pool/hot tub area - Follow all pool and hot tub rules - PLEASE respect the quiet time hours. This is strictly enforced. - The garage is NOT to be used. This home was just renovated so there is still some debris and construction items in the garage. We do not want kids in the area and/or for you to run over a nail in your car. Please keep locked at all times. *Hot tub reminder* Please add 1 tablespoon of granules from the container to the filter after using the hot tub. If not, it will get green and slimy, so please help us prevent that! There will be a $100 fee if this is not completed.
