Enjoy the serene views of the Gulf right from your private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Walk in to a spacious living area with plenty of seating for the whole family! The living area has huge widows that will allow you to see the gorgeous white sandy beaches. The fully stocked kitchen will be located on your right when you walk in the front door (be sure to bring your own coffee grinds!). There is a stacked washer/dryer located in the first door to your right when walking down the hallway! (There is a locked door in the hallway, this is our owners closet. Please do not attempt to open this door.) The master bedroom is located in the back right of the condo. This king bed with a TV will be the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach! There is an attached en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and access to a full bathroom. (This bathroom has a door that leads into the hallway and a door that enters directly into the second bedroom.) This room has am exterior door that will lead you out to the most amazing Gulf views! The whole group will appreciate the convenience and charm of this spot, where the beach is just steps away and the best of Gulf Shores is at your fingertips.
Other Details to Note
Elevators (and luggage carts) are located on the north side of the building while the home is located on the south side. There is private beach access for the guests of the complex. Parking is hassle-free - just grab a spot and enjoy your stay! There will be a $25 fee at checkout, which covers your two parking passes for the trip. ** VERIFICATION ** To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly require all adult guests to submit a photo of a valid ID as part of our standard screening process. ** AGE REQUIREMENT ** We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay. ** WEATHER ** Located on a peninsula near the Gulf of America, this home experiences seasonal weather variations. Refunds or discounts are only provided if a named hurricane leads to a recommended or mandatory evacuation.
