Good to know

Enjoy the serene views of the Gulf right from your private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Walk in to a spacious living area with plenty of seating for the whole family! The living area has huge widows that will allow you to see the gorgeous white sandy beaches. The fully stocked kitchen will be located on your right when you walk in the front door (be sure to bring your own coffee grinds!). There is a stacked washer/dryer located in the first door to your right when walking down the hallway! (There is a locked door in the hallway, this is our owners closet. Please do not attempt to open this door.) The master bedroom is located in the back right of the condo. This king bed with a TV will be the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach! There is an attached en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and access to a full bathroom. (This bathroom has a door that leads into the hallway and a door that enters directly into the second bedroom.) This room has am exterior door that will lead you out to the most amazing Gulf views! The whole group will appreciate the convenience and charm of this spot, where the beach is just steps away and the best of Gulf Shores is at your fingertips.

Other Details to Note

Elevators (and luggage carts) are located on the north side of the building while the home is located on the south side. There is private beach access for the guests of the complex. Parking is hassle-free - just grab a spot and enjoy your stay! There will be a $25 fee at checkout, which covers your two parking passes for the trip. **WEATHER** This home is located on the Gulf of America, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.

- NO pets! - Please try to get as much sand off as you can before entering the home! Our cleaner will be extremely thankful! - This home is located near a large body of water. Please always have someone with you and keep a close eye on kids at all times.

This complex is sandwiched between the Little Lagoon and the beach. This condo complex includes shared elevator access, swimming pool and BBQ grills (with utensils). You'll love being walking distance to restaurants such as The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails and Janino's Pizza.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all amenities included at the condo complex. There is a (charcoal) grilling area, pool, beach access, elevator, luggage carts, bike racks, and showers to wash off the sand!

We enjoyed the stay. It was the perfect location & very family friendly. The pool & beach were just right there to enjoy & you didnt have to walk forever to get to either. We loved that! The condo is very clean & the porch swing is so nice. I liked having a regular coffee maker VS a Keurig. That was a plus to us! It’s a super easy check in with a code & you don’t have to go check in elsewhere before- you just put your code in & your car tag is on the counter. Also super easy check out instructions & not over the top. We will def be back in the future!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. We really enjoyed the swing on the deck. With it being a smaller facility it wasn’t crowded and everything was easily accessible. Ben responded very quickly with questions and was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again.
