** VERIFICATION ** To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly require all adult guests to submit a photo of a valid ID as part of our standard screening process. ** AGE REQUIREMENT ** We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay. ** WEATHER ** Located on a peninsula near the Gulf of America, this home experiences seasonal weather variations. Refunds or discounts are only provided if a named hurricane leads to a recommended or mandatory evacuation. Other details to note: - Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license - Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or older and stay at the property. - We ask for a separate rental agreement to be signed after booking.
