The complex includes a shared pool, and public beach access is just across the street! Our condo is on the 3rd floor with stair access only-no waiting on elevators! For easy grocery shopping, Winn-Dixie is right next door and walkable!

This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay. ** WEATHER ** This home is located on the Gulf of America, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order. ** LOCATION ** We are located on the 3rd floor of the complex with stair access ONLY. There are no elevators on this property. There is a RING doorbell camera outside of the unit.

**PARKING** - Guests will be given one parking pass once they check in. This parking pass was included in your booking as a $10 management fee. This pass needs to be kept visible in your vehicle at all times. Additional vehicles must park in the pay-to-park lot next door (east side). - Golf carts are allowed, but they also require a parking pass or must be parked in the east side pay parking. - PLEASE RETURN PARKING PASS UPON CHECK-OUT. **TRASH** - Trash can be placed in the property dumpster. It’s on the parking lot side behind a (purple) double wooden gate. **AGE REQUIREMENT** - Must be 25 years old to book.

This place was perfect! I’ve come down to PCB four years in a row now for a Worlds softball tournament. I’ve stayed in 9 bedroom mansions. And I’ve stayed here now. This was everything. It felt like home. It was steps to the beach. It had everything you could want. It’s perfect for couples, or in this case my parents and I. The pullout sofa bed was very comfortable and actually pretty spacious. The size of the queen bed in the bedroom. Ben messaged me back faster than my friends and family do whenever I had a question. Have absolutely no worries if you’re thinking of staying here. Stay here for sure. 6 stars

Ben was amazing! Very responsive and on top of all questions. The place was very clean and in a good area. Very cozy. Short drive to the pier and very walkable to surrounding beach access. Friendly neighbors. We felt right at home, would recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

The space was perfect for a couple. The only problem we had was the air conditioning because it kept setting a timer and asking for a passcode but once we set the air conditioning to indefinitely to not shut off and we kept it at a certain temperature it was fine. & plus the hosts were super responsive when I let them know what was going on regarding that problem. We loved the fact that the beach access was right across the street, we spent our early morning there and it was perfect.Also, the balcony was spacious and just nice to sit and relax for a bit. I loved that the place already had beach chairs and the sunshade/tent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again when we decide to come back. To the host's we appreciate the hospitality, quick responses, and the thorough check in/check out/what restaurants were near/activities to do, it was all well organized, definitely a lot to read and look through.

We really enjoyed our week stay here... Very close to the beach (across the street) and walkable to the grocery store was great. Very clean, everything as described, comfortable bed, nice towels and sheets. We really appreciated that they provided beach chairs, tent and cooler... That made traveling so much easier, not having to purchase things. Ben was very responsive with any questions we had, and everything was easy to access and in working order. We will certainly come back and highly recommend this place!

Ben’s place is very well located, close to the beach! Which was what I was looking for, and also cozy and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ben and team are also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Primeramente gracias a Dios por encontrar este tesoro escondido.. mi esposo y yo la pasamos fantástico el apto muy cómodo y lo mejor de todo tienen, todos los artículos para ir a la playa...blo felicito por pensar en esos detalles que son tan importantes para ir de Vacaciones; fue una estadía Grandiosa ... We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and place was clean with nice amenities. We enjoyed having the use of the beach chairs and Neso. Once we figured out that you have to really fill the bags with sand to keep it upright in the wind we were golden! Only thing that wasn’t in the listing that I feel is important to note is that it’s on the 2nd floor so you will have to take stairs.
