House rules

- Please help us keep sand out of the house by taking your shoes off when entering the home. - No Parties or Events of any kind. - No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind are allowed in or around the house - Friday is garbage pick up day. If your stay falls on Friday please place gray garbage can on Thursday evening on curb side for garbage pick up and return it when empty to the garage. We appreciate the help! -When using sport/game equipment please keep it in the garage after each use so it would not be damaged by rain, sun etc. - When using grill, please turn back of it to outside to allow smoke from the back of it to flow out to air, please clean out after each use. - In order to prevent furniture damage please make sure not to put hot cups with tea or coffee and other things on the wooden or quartz surfaces without pads. (dining table or counter top) - Noise curfew (10 PM- 7 AM) If any of our rules are broken there will be a fine of $250 per rule broken.
