POOL Our pool is open year-round! For your comfort, it is heated to 80°F from 8 am to 6 pm during September, October, and April. It’s not heated between November and March but remains available for use. The pool’s depth is 6 feet, and no one under 18 should be left unattended around the pool for safety. ** Although we set the pool to a certain temperature, the outside temperature greatly effects if the pool is able to maintain the heat ** **WEATHER** This home is located on the Gulf of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.
