Walk in to this beautifully renovated home. This is an open concept kitchen/living area. There is plenty of seating with the two extremely comfortable couches The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and brand new appliances. The dining table is big enough to fit the whole family for dinner OR game night! The laundry room is located off of the kitchen with a brand new washer/dryer! Walking down the hallway you will have a newly renovated full bathroom on your right with a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom on your left will have a full over full bunk with a Smart TV for your streaming needs (streaming services not provided)! The next room on your left will have a very comfortable queen bed with room-darkening curtains with another Smart TV! The main bedroom will be on your right at the end of the hallway. This room has a king size bed, walk in closet, room-darkening curtains AND a Smart TV.

This neighborhood is convenient to many dining and entertainment options. The subdivision of Palm Cove is just a block from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and 2-blocks from Rock''it Lanes and several restaurants and attractions. This neighborhood has two neighborhood pools and a playground!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and two parking spaces in the driveway. Guests will also have access to the two neighborhood pools. The pools have security cameras but NO lifeguard on duty.

The location was perfect for our family stay. The fishing pier, beach, pier park, was so close. There were 2 pools to enjoy. There were beach toys for the kids, chairs, many things we didn't use but very convenient to have. We will definitely book again. Ben was very responsive and gave clear instructions.

Our stay was great! We had a hiccup with the A/C but the host was very responsive and got someone out as fast as possible to fix the issue that very night. We have an autistic child so vacations are really hard for us. This house made it so much easier. Very comfortable. TVs and breakable were strapped down or easy to put up. Front door that automatically locks. All remotes had a wall mounted holder. Walkable distance from the pool. Neighborhood was very quiet with security at the front. Very close to the beach access. We couldn't recommend it enough!
